The Beauty (and Breakthrough) of Community

May 30, 2025

Lately, I’ve been sitting in the bittersweet ache of endings and the sacred gift of community.
We just wrapped up our Master Coach Certification and the live recordings of You Are the Remnant—and honestly? I’m feeling a little heartbroken.
That community was so beautiful.
Women showing up, holding space, cheering each other on, pointing each other back to the Lord… loving with no strings attached. It was holy.

And now, it’s graduation week in our home.
I’ve found myself reflecting on all the people God placed in our lives over the years—those who prayed for us before our babies were even born, who stood with us in our hardest moments, and celebrated us in our sweetest ones.
The people who became our people.

This morning, I received a text that brought me to tears.
It came from a dear friend who simply knew
She wrote:

“Congratulations, Mama! As I was looking at your pictures that you posted last night, I kept seeing this image of you standing over their tiny little NICU bassinets, heart on fire, scared for what may come, wondering what their life might look like, hoping and praying that they would just be given a chance to live their life. And here you are, over 18 years later, kind of in the same position you were back then. God is so faithful, the same God that provided for their last 18 years will continue to guide them, love them, and show off through them. And I can't wait to see it. I had myself a good cry this morning thinking about your beautiful twins, how far they've come, how far you've come, how good God is, and how even though this moment is sad, it's so beautiful. And it demonstrates His love so perfectly.”

That’s the kind of love only community can give.
She knew what my heart needed.
She saw me.

And it reminded me—I am who I am today because of who I’ve chosen to surround myself with.

The truth is…

God never meant for us to walk through life alone.
He created us from connection—Father, Son, and Spirit—three in one.
He said, “Let us make man in Our image.”

You were made for community.
For safe, Spirit-led spaces.
For women who carry the fire when yours feels faint.
For people who sharpen you, lift you, and love you unconditionally.

But the enemy? He wants you isolated.
He’ll whisper that no one understands.
That no one really sees you.
But that’s a lie.

Your true self welcomes connection.
Your false self says, “I’ve got to do this alone.”

So here’s my tender invitation to you…

If you’re in a season where life feels heavy…
If you're holding something hard and don’t know where to turn…
If your heart longs for a safe community or a guide to walk with you…

I’m here.

Whether you need one-on-one support or simply encouragement to go find your people…

Let this be your reminder:

✨ You were never meant to do this alone.

Let’s walk together into the healing.
Into the growth.
Into the becoming.
